DESERT DART CLASSIC
It’s that time of year again. Our 25th Annual Desert Classic will be held this year on October 3rd, 4th & 5th 2019 at the Riverside Hotel & Casino – Laughlin, Nevada.
To qualify for the Laughlin Tournament, you need 2 seasons of stats.
All entries include quarter drop per event
Rooms: There is an upgrade charge of $10.00 per night for the river view rooms. (Need to pay in advance).
This year they are offering the same 2 plans:
(1) The Package Plan – which includes your room from Thursday through Saturday, entry fees for the Doubles and Singles events, (2) breakfast buffets, and a banquet dinner and 2 drinks on the night of the awards. The cost for this is:
Single room – $420.00 – Masters – $460.00
2 – person/room – $290.00/person – Masters – $330.00/person
3 – person/room – $247.00/person – Masters – $287.00/person
4 – person/room – $225.00/person – Masters – $265.00/person
Single player rooming with non-player – $475.00 – Masters – $515.00
(includes banquet for non player)
4 – person/room – 2-player/2-non player – $690.00
(includes banquet for non players)
(2) The Tournament Only Plan pays for the entry fees for the doubles and singles events and the cost is:
No Banquet is $150.00 per player – $190.00 Masters
With Banquet $190.00 per player – $230.00 Masters
Players are responsible for their own rooms
THE PAYMENT PLAN FOR THE PACKAGE PLAN IS AS FOLLOWS:
The 1st payment of $140/player/single, $100/player/double, $85/player/3-person room, or $75/player/4-person room, and Masters is $155/player/single, $110/player/double,$95/player/3-person room, or $90/player/4-person room is due June 24th.
The 2nd payment of $140/player/single, $95/player/double, $85/player/3-person room, or $75/player/4-person room, and Masters is $155/player/single, $110/player/double, $95/player/3-person room, or $90/player/4-person room is due July 22nd.
The 3rd payment of $140/player/single, $95/player/double, $77/player/3-person room, or $75/player/4-person room, and Masters is $150/player/single, $100/player/double, $97/player/3-person room, or $85/player/4-person room is due August 23rd.
No refunds after September 6th – No Exceptions.
No room list changes or player changes will be accepted after September 20th.
The “Mixed Doubles” event is an additional $110.00 ($55.00 per person). Includes $10 in quarters. Paid in advance.
There is also a “Blind Draw” event on opening night, with a $30.00 entry fee – (includes $10 prepaid quarters per person). $500 will be added to this event.
All masters WILL shoot in the masters division, regardless of their partner’s MPR.
All payments MUST be cash only!
